Our trainers will be working with the athletes to ensure of proper mechanics and fundamentals.Īthlete Testing: We will test all of our athletes who come in on a regular basis every 90 days. Strength & Conditioning – Workouts are tailored per age/grade.Sport/Bonus Work (4pm & 5pm) – during this 20 minute bonus period we will work reaction drills, balance, speed, plyometrics, or sport skill work stations for sports such as basketball, football, soccer, baseball/softball, etc.Speed & Agility – improving athlete’s speed including acceleration, agility, power, reaction time, stability, and change of directions.Stretching/Dynamic Warmup – athletes will stretch using bands/rollers and go through a dynamic warmup before we start our session.Is your youth athlete (ages 8-18) looking to get better and stay at peak performance throughout the year?
